REXPEARL™ EEA
REXPEARL™ EEA is a point random copolymer of ethylene and ethyl acrylate which has a high melting point and flexible.
It has excellent low-temperature properties due to its low crystallinity, and also exhibits filler acceptance performance.
Applicable for various fillers
Low crystallinity allows many fillers to be blended in.
The ethyl acrylate makes it easier to blend with various fillers than general polyethylene, and it has excellent dispersibility.
Good coolness resistance
RREXPEARL™ EEA retains its flexibility even at low temperatures and has excellent impact resistance in low-temperature environments.
Flexible and high heat resistant
REXPEARL™ EEA tends to have a higher melting point than other soft polyethylenes.
It is ideal for applications that require both flexibility and heat resistance.
For modification
Because it is a polyethylene which has ethyl acrylate in its molecular structure, it can be easily blended with different materials such as engineering plastics, and can be used as a modifier.
As a modifier of asphalt, it is a already used for road pavements and waterproof sheets.
